DECODE INSOMNIA PROGRAM
FOR YOUTH AGES 13-26 IN ONTARIO, CANADA

WHAT IS IT?

The DECODE Insomnia Program is a 6-week treatment program created by Dr. Ooi for youth and their parents.  It incorporates elements of cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and coaching strategies.

Currently this program is available to youth ages 13-26 in Ontario, Canada.

The program is delivered through a combination of OHIP-covered appointments, parent office hours, and short video/audio lessons on an online platform/app.  All sessions are virtual.

This program is for those ready for a comprehensive treatment approach.

If this program is not a good fit, general insomnia/sleep advice is available on this website and/or during general clinic visits with Dr. Ooi.
