SERVICES & REFERRAL

MY SERVICES

I provide consultation and treatment for teens and young adults (ages 13-26) with insomnia at my private practice, the DECODE Insomnia Clinic.

In additional, I also provide general Sleep Medicine consultation and management for patients ages 13+ living in Ontario, Canada at the Toronto Sleep Institute (Medsleep).

A physician referral is required.  All appointments are covered by OHIP.  Referral information for physicians can be found here.  All services are currently being delivered virtually.

I will be piloting a 5-week modified CBT-I program called the DECODE Insomnia Program for patients ages 13-26 in January 2022 and again in Spring 2022 (likely May).  If you are interested in a course of CBT-I, this treatment option will be discussed at the initial consultation.

Please remember to take a look at the Jumpstart Kit and the Find the Eight 13-episode audio series for tips and strategies to help you with your sleep now.
