TEEN TREATMENT OPTIONS

This clinic offers specialized treatment options tailored to the unique challenges teens face.

For teens, there is an option to do a Sleep Sprint—a focused 3-week intervention that combines powerful behavioural strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). It is delivered through individual OHIP-covered visits and typically includes 2–3 follow-up appointments after the initial consultation. More information coming soon.
