DECODE INSOMNIA PROGRAM

The DECODE Insomnia Program (DIP) is a 6 week program that provides a comprehensive treatment approach for chronic insomnia.

The DECODE Insomnia Program incorporates elements of cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).  It is delivered through a combination of an online platform with video, audio, as well as live support from a therapist

YOUTH LIVING IN ONTARIO, CANADA

The DECODE Insomnia Program can be discussed as a treatment option following a consultation with Dr. Cara Ooi (ages 13-26 only).

Appointments with Dr. Ooi are covered by OHIP and require a physician referral.

The DECODE Insomnia Program is available to adults with virtual or in-person support from registered psychotherapist Sara Davidson

YOUNGER THAN 13 AND/OR NOT LIVING IN ONTARIO?

The DECODE Insomnia Program is not currently available outside of Ontario or to those below the age of 13 though this may change in the future so please check back for updates.
