TEEN SPRINT

To address the unique sleep challenges faced by teens, our clinic offers an additional treatment option called the Sleep Sprint.

​

The Sleep Sprint is a focused 2 or 3-week intervention that combines key behavioural strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), including sleep hygiene, sleep restriction/compression, stimulus control, and strategies to shift the body clock. It is delivered through individual OHIP-covered visits and typically is delivered 2–3 follow-up appointments after the initial consultation.  Supporting resources are available through the program’s online platform.
