WHAT MAKES OUR APPROACH DIFFERENT

Our teen services are designed with the realities teens face—late-night schedules, school demands, electronics use, circadian shifts, and ambivalence about change—in mind.  The Sprint Program focuses on realistic, doable steps that build early wins to keep teens motivated.

*Please note that the Sprint Program has been updated since these interviews.  It was previously delivered as a group but is now delivered individually with the use of online resources.
