HOW WE HELP
2
Sleep Sprint Program
A 2-week OHIP-covered program for teens that uses powerful, evidence-based behavioural strategies from cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). It is delivered in two virtual follow-up visits after consultation and is supported by online tools.

WHAT MAKES OUR APPROACH DIFFERENT
Our teen services are designed with the realities teens face—late-night schedules, school demands, electronics use, circadian shifts, and ambivalence about change—in mind. The Sprint Program focuses on realistic, doable steps that build early wins to keep teens motivated.
*Please note that the Sprint Program has been updated since these interviews. It was previously delivered as a group but is now delivered individually with the use of online resources.
