Our clinical services and treatment programs are delivered virtually and available to adults (18y+) living in Ontario, Canada.
The DECODE Insomnia Clinic is not a general sleep clinic and does not provide sleep studies or manage conditions like sleep apnea.​

HOW WE HELP

Consultation
​During consultation, you'll receive insight into your sleep concern and discuss next steps, including whether the DECODE Programs are a good fit. For those who don't move forward with the treatment programs, general advice and resources are provided.

Available in Ontario only; OHIP-covered; virtual.

DECODE Sleep Program
Our primary treatment offering for adults.
​
A 5 week program focused on the behavioural strategies from CBT-I, with a flexible online curriculum and regular office hours for support. The DECODE Sleep program integrates with individual medical care with a DECODE physician.​
Private pay; sliding scale available. *NEW* Referral not required to apply.

DECODE Therapy Extension
A 6-session therapeutic program to help build deeper relaxation skills and thought-based tools with the support of a registered psychotherapist.​​​
​
If required, this program is typically recommended after completion of the DECODE Sleep Program.
Private pay; psychotherapy receipts available.
WHAT IS CBT-I?
Cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is the gold-standard treatment for chronic insomnia, effective for 70–80% of people. It offers results comparable to sleep medication—with longer-lasting benefits and without dependence or tolerance. CBT-I combines behavioural, relaxation, and cognitive (thought) strategies to address the key factors driving insomnia.​

DECODE delivers CBT-I through two complementary programs:

The DECODE Therapy Extension (DTE) focuses on building relaxation and cognitive skills
