THE DETAILS

  • A therapeutic program for chronic insomnia based on cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I)

  • Based on treatment goals, treatment lasts between 4-8 weeks*

  • Weekly or biweekly sessions with a registered psychotherapist

  • Access to the DECODE Insomnia Program online portal which includes video lessons, a workbook, and lots of extra tools & resources

  • A consultation at the DECODE Insomnia Clinic is first required to confirm diagnosis of chronic insomnia, treatment goals, and fit for the program

*With shorter option, cognitive & relaxation skills training is shortened and simplified
